By accessing or using the Verdant Yields website and our agronomic consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Scope

Verdant Yields provides precision biodynamic consulting and soil microbiome assays. All recommendations provided are based on the latest regenerative agriculture science but are subject to environmental, climatic, and execution variables beyond our control.

2. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for crop failure, yield reductions, or weather-related damages occurring during or after the implementation of our protocols. Soil biology is a living system and inherently unpredictable.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom cover crop matrices and indigenous inoculation protocols designed for your estate remain the intellectual property of Verdant Yields unless specifically transferred in writing.
